Our Story
The Louisiana Exchange grew out of The Friday Calls, originally convened under the leadership of One Rouge. As participation deepened and the need for sustained statewide coordination became clear, stewardship transitioned intentionally to a collaborative model grounded in continuity, trust, and shared responsibility.
Today, the Louisiana Exchange is co-hosted by the Louisiana Organization for Refugees and Immigrants (LORI) and One Touch Ministry, continuing the spirit of collective leadership while expanding reach and engagement across the state.
We remain grateful to One Rouge for stewarding the space with integrity and for passing the mic forward in a way that modeled collaboration at its best.
What The Exchange Does
Each week, the Louisiana Exchange centers practical dialogue on the issues shaping
communities across the state. Conversations are designed to be accessible, grounded,
and solutions-oriented.
